Senior Full Stack Web Engineer

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Full Stack Web Engineer to design and develop world-class web applications impacting millions of learners globally. You will take a leading role in the full software development lifecycle within a fast-paced, agile environment.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs.
• Contribute to product architecture and drive technical decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX, and QA teams.
• Mentor team members and champion software development best practices.
• *Required Skills & Experience:**
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4-6+ years of hands-on full stack or frontend web development experience.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and state management (e.g., Redux).
• Proficiency with backend technologies like Python & Node.js, and building RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of modern web architecture, performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Experience with CSS-in-JS, SASS/SCSS, and evolving design systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and databases (MySQL, NoSQL).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• *Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):**
• Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js), frontend testing tools (Jest, Cypress).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to mobile web or hybrid app development.
• *Location:** Hybrid role, highly prefer candidates local to Hoboken, NJ.
• *Compensation:** Salary range $150,000 - $170,000, plus annual incentive program and benefits.
