### What You'll Do:

• Lead the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform front-end application systems.
• Perform software development on front-end applications, adhering to test-driven development (TDD) principles.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud solutions that drive powerful user experiences.
• Work within a team leveraging distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
• Stay current with technology trends, experiment with new tools, and mentor fellow engineers.

• *Basic Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• 5+ years of experience with one or more of the following: JavaScript, React, Angular, Node, TypeScript, or Java.
• 1+ year of experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• 3+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.
• 1+ year of experience utilizing Content Management Systems (CMS) at an enterprise level.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile development practices.
• *Technical Environment:**
• JavaScript (Angular, React, Node), HTML/CSS, TypeScript, Java
• Open Source Frameworks, RESTful Web Services
• Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Cross-browser and cross-device development

• *Salary Range (McLean, VA):** $158,600 - $181,000 annually, plus performance-based incentives.
