Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Front End Developer / UX Developer to join our team **onsite in Washington, DC.**

### Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop usable, device-agnostic web products.
• Utilize clean programming languages, modern cloud technologies, and frontend frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to coding, design, navigation, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Translate user research into functional components and intuitive interfaces.
• Create reusable, visually appealing, and easily navigable digital experiences.
• Research and integrate emerging frontend development trends and best practices.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in front-end development.
• Proficiency with industry-standard frontend coding, modern cloud technologies, frameworks, accessibility, and design systems.
• Proven ability to lead development efforts on multiple complex products simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration skills with product teams, users, and stakeholders for technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to align development with user and business needs.
