Senior Front-End Developer (UX Developer)

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead UX/Frontend Developer to create and enhance device-agnostic web products. This full-time contract position requires in-person work in Washington, DC.

• *Strict Requirements:**
• **U.S. Citizenship is mandatory** (proof required).
• **Must currently reside in the DMV area** (DC, Maryland, Virginia).
• No C2C or third-party representation will be considered.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead or develop web-based products using clean code, modern cloud technologies, frontend frameworks, and design systems.
• Maintain high standards for coding, design, usability, and accessibility.
• Translate user research and design recommendations into functional components and intuitive interfaces.
• Create reusable components for visually appealing, seamless, and easy-to-navigate user experiences.
• Conduct R&D in emerging frontend trends and integrate best practices into products.
• *Qualifications:**
• 10+ years of experience in UX and Frontend development.
• Proficiency in industry-standard frontend development languages, modern cloud technology, frontend frameworks, accessibility, and design systems.
• Proven ability to lead development efforts on multiple complex products concurrently.
• Strong collaboration skills with product teams (designers, developers, product managers), users, business owners, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to align technical solutions with user and business needs.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
