## Senior Director, Retail Marketing (Hybrid/Remote)
Marriott International is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Director, Retail Marketing, to lead the marketing strategy and execution for Marriott Bonvoy Boutiques. This role is pivotal in scaling Marriott's retail business, featuring products like the Westin Heavenly Bed and Ritz-Carlton sheets, within the world's leading hospitality company. This position offers a significant opportunity for an ambitious marketing leader to drive brand and revenue growth in a multi-channel online retail environment.
### Key Responsibilities:
- **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing and promotion strategies, including messaging, budget, and activation plans.
- **Performance Optimization:** Oversee full-funnel performance across paid and owned channels to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
- **Team & Agency Management:** Lead a team of marketing professionals, coordinate with internal Analytics, Brand, and PR teams, and manage external agencies to ensure strategic, on-time, and on-budget execution.
- **Market Analysis:** Conduct research and analyze performance data to deliver actionable, data-driven insights.
- **Content & Calendar:** Maintain the marketing calendar, manage budget, and supervise content creation.
- **Website Experience:** Manage website user experience to align with overall marketing and sales goals.
- **Reporting & Forecasting:** Provide product-level forecasts and ongoing results reporting, contributing to P&L and KPI metrics.
- College degree.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in online marketing, demonstrating exceptional performance.
- Proven experience leading a business or product with direct responsibility for key KPIs (e.g., P&L, customer acquisition/engagement).
- Experience in home goods, durable goods, or retail, preferably within the luxury sector.
- MBA.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Strong ability to partner with diverse internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals.
- **Salary Range:** $141,600 to $218,800 annually.
- **Additional Compensation:** Eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock units/stock grants.
