  • *Senior Director, Marketing Strategy**
Adtalem Global Education, a national leader in post-secondary education, is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Strategy. You will lead comprehensive marketing initiatives for an assigned institution or Center of Excellence, driving branding, digital marketing, and communications to achieve organizational goals. This hybrid role (Mon-Thurs in-office) requires strategic leadership, team management, and a passion for education.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned institutions, covering digital channels, branding, and communications.
  • Lead and manage marketing staff and agency partners.
  • Oversee all marketing communications, including branding, print, public relations, direct marketing, events, and website content.
  • Drive annual brand planning and ensure consistent brand positioning across all platforms.
  • Lead the identification, development, and launch of new product and service offerings as the marketing lead.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
  • Direct market research, translating insights into actionable strategies and tactics.
  • Track, measure, and evaluate marketing program performance, making data-driven adjustments for optimization.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree (MBA) preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in a product/brand management role.
  • Proven experience in new product development processes (ideation, design, development, launch).
  • Expertise in strategic marketing, including competitive assessment and market analysis.
  • Proficiency in a range of consumer research methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply marketing skills across diverse products or services, preferably within higher education.
  • Experience working effectively in a matrixed organizational environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Passion for education is a plus.
  • *Compensation & Benefits:**
  • **Salary Range:** $137,846.78 - $249,127.02 (actual pay adjusted based on job-related factors).
