Senior Content Strategist

Pearson is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to drive content strategy and development for its primary marketing and e-commerce website. This remote role involves leading projects from concept to execution, working closely with designers, marketers, and product developers.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies, focusing on e-commerce initiatives, business goals, and user engagement.
• Write clear, instructional UX copy and collaborate on diverse content projects.
• Manage content governance, ensuring quality, brand consistency, accessibility, and inclusivity.
• Establish and track content effectiveness KPIs, iterating strategies based on data and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on UX writing, information architecture, and content design systems.
• Promote web content best practices and support other content creators.
• Integrate considerations for user personas, journey mapping, localization, globalization, and SEO.
• Explore and apply AI as both a productivity tool and a platform feature.
• Lead projects with confidence, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• *Qualifications:**
• Proven experience in content strategy and content design for digital products and websites.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with copywriting expertise.
• Experience developing user-centric, data-driven content strategies and adaptive content models.
• Proficiency in UX writing, information architecture, and content design systems.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders in a deadline-driven, agile environment.
• Familiarity with content mapping, content models, site maps, and tools like Jira, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of content modeling processes and structured content organization, including headless environments.
• Experience with research, usability testing, and A/B or multivariate tests.

This full-time remote position offers an annual salary range of $115,000 - $125,000, plus eligibility for an annual incentive program and comprehensive benefits.
