Senior Business Analyst, Sbb Digital Marketing

Join our Small Business Bank Marketing Team as a Senior Business Analyst to drive strategic digital marketing initiatives and unlock growth.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead strategy, analytics, and execution for display and social media marketing channels.
• Develop business cases and launch new paid social media channels, collaborating with creative, product, and martech teams.
• Analyze social and display channel performance data (impressions, CTR, conversions, brand awareness) to identify optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement test-and-learn strategies for channel expansion, including audience segmentation, creative messaging, and bid strategies.
• Influence decision-making and present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
• Apply analytical skills to identify business challenges, make strategic recommendations, and support new product/pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive business improvements.
• Lead problem-solving frameworks, hypothesis testing, and solution implementation efforts.

• 1+ years of experience in statistical model building.
• 1+ years of experience in market research.
• 1+ years of experience in SQL querying.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Prior consulting experience.
