Senior Associate, User Experience Research Operations

Join our Experience Design (XD) Research Operations team as a Senior Associate, driving efficiency and impact by standardizing workflows and processes. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, empowering researchers and designers.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Optimize and manage systems/logistics for multiple research projects.
• Implement process improvements to boost team efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, privacy, and data protection standards across research and design projects.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge library of research practices, resources, and templates.
• Champion research across the organization to enhance its visibility and adoption.
• Manage project logistics and systems, aligning with Research and Design team needs.
• *Basic Qualifications:**
• 2+ years of experience in UX or Research Operations, Project Management, or Process Improvement.
• 1+ year of experience working directly with Research or Design teams.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong systems thinking with a history of scaling Design and Research teams.
• Strategic ability to anticipate and solve complex cross-functional problems.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and impactful outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with research tools and vendors.
• Familiarity with panel management strategies and technology.
• 2+ years of experience managing risk in regulated research environments.
• 2+ years experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and data visualization tools (e.g., Confluence).
• *Salary Range (Annual Full-time):**
• McLean, VA: $109,000 - $124,400
• New York, NY: $118,900 - $135,700
• Richmond, VA: $99,100 - $113,100
