Senior Associate, Prospect Marketing - Card Partnership (Hybrid)

Capital One is seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist for a hybrid Senior Associate role on the Customer Lifecycle Marketing team. You will develop and manage omnichannel prospect marketing campaigns for our rapidly growing Card Partnerships business, focusing on new customer acquisition and optimizing performance for major brands like REI and Williams Sonoma.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Drive and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for new campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Segmentation) to build and launch marketing initiatives, utilizing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Analyze performance data and insights to optimize marketing programs through creative testing and new technology adoption.
• Create clear creative briefs, test plans, and strategies to drive performance against KPIs.
• Present marketing and business results to stakeholders through data-backed storytelling.
• Partner with creative agencies, analytics, legal, and client/partner teams.
• *Basic Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or project management.
• 2+ years of experience planning, executing, and analyzing marketing programs.
• 2+ years of experience managing creative processes and developing optimization frameworks.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• 2+ years in the financial services or retail industry.
• 1+ year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• 1+ year of experience in acquisitions marketing.
• Experience with omnichannel product marketing campaign planning.

• Chicago, IL: $86,000 - $98,200
• McLean, VA: $94,600 - $107,900
• Richmond, VA: $86,000 - $98,200
