Summary
Lead omnichannel prospect marketing for Capital One's Card Partnerships, driving new customer acquisition through strategic campaign execution.
Capital One is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Prospect Marketing to drive omnichannel acquisition campaigns for our rapidly growing Card Partnerships business. This hybrid role is crucial to our Customer Lifecycle Marketing team, focusing on developing innovative strategies to acquire new customers for some of the world's most admired brands.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for new customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Segmentation, Analytics, Legal, External Partners) to launch impactful campaigns.
- Leverage data and performance insights to continuously optimize marketing programs and creative.
- Write clear creative briefs, test documents, and strategic plans to drive performance against KPIs.
- Communicate marketing and business results effectively to various stakeholder groups.
- Contribute to prospect marketing innovation across the full funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion).
- *Qualifications:**
- *Basic:**
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or project management.
- At least 2 years experience in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing programs.
- At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes and developing optimization frameworks.
- *Preferred:**
- 2+ years in the financial services or retail industry.
- 1+ year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- 1+ year of experience in acquisitions marketing.
- Experience with omnichannel product marketing campaign planning.
