Seeking a Senior Process Manager to develop, coordinate, and facilitate Anti-Money Laundering (AML) training programs.
## Senior Associate, Process Manager - AML Content Developer and Facilitator
Join the Anti-Money Laundering University (AMLU) training team as a Senior Associate, Process Manager. You will be instrumental in developing, coordinating, and facilitating critical Anti-Money Laundering (AML) training content for diverse audiences. This role demands a highly organized, adaptable individual passionate about continuous learning in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
### Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning materials for various modalities (e.g., eLearning, instructor-led, self-study) based on industry design standards.
- Create behavior-based case studies, assessments, and evaluation methods.
- Facilitate virtual and/or live training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Apply adult learning principles and leverage current learning trends, including multimedia, to enhance learner experience.
- Participate in and/or facilitate project kick-off meetings and stakeholder check-ins.
- Recommend and document instructional standards, learner engagement strategies, and evaluation plans.
- Collaborate with team members to support material development.
- Identify issues, diagnose problems, generate solutions, and analyze opportunities independently.
- Manage multiple e-learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion with minimal supervision.
- Hold self and stakeholders accountable for project timelines, effectively communicating risks.
- Utilize multiple rapid development content tools (e.g., Captivate, Articulate) to create online e-Learning experiences.
- Contribute effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- 2+ years experience facilitating training in virtual environments.
- 2+ years experience in instructional design methodology.
- 2+ years experience in content development.
- 2+ years experience with Authoring applications (Captivate or Articulate).
- 2+ years experience using Google Suite.
- 1+ year experience with video and audio editing.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years experience in instructional design methodology (iADDIE, SAM or AGILE) and content development.
- 3+ years experience facilitating training in virtual environments.
- 3+ years experience with Authoring applications (Captivate or Articulate).
- 3+ years experience with video and audio editing.
- Experience with project management and managing multiple, simultaneous tasks.
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) experience.

- This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
