This role focuses on delivering meaningful consumer experiences and B2B client hospitality, integrating sponsorships to achieve key business objectives. We're seeking professionals with experience in event and sponsorship execution, particularly in sports and entertainment.

• *What You'll Do:**
• Assist in developing strategies and objectives for sponsorship activation.
• Support the planning, development, and implementation of onsite experiences and VIP hospitality programs for key sponsorships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and property contacts to execute activations.
• Manage day-to-day deliverables, ensuring clear communication of deadlines to all stakeholders.
• Help with onsite activations and VIP hospitality programs at major events, including vendor management and coordination.
• Aid in the creation of KPIs and communicate performance metrics through reports and presentations.

• Periodic travel (up to 25%) is required.
