Senior Associate, Brand Sponsorships & Experiential Marketing

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Brand Sponsorships & Experiential Marketing to join its dynamic Brand team. This role is crucial for defining and executing experiential marketing strategies and sponsorships, focusing on creating meaningful consumer experiences and B2B client hospitality.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist in developing strategic objectives for sponsorship activations.
• Support the planning and implementation of onsite experiences and VIP hospitality programs for major sponsorships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sponsorship activations and VIP programs.
• Manage day-to-day deliverables with sponsorship properties, agency partners, and internal teams, ensuring key deadlines are met.
• Provide onsite support for activations and VIP hospitality, including vendor/agency coordination and internal communications.
• Contribute to KPI creation and communicate performance metrics through reports and presentations.
• Ensure clear communication of action items and status reports to all stakeholders.
• Facilitate information sharing among internal teams and external partners for event activations.
• *Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sponsorships and experiential marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in general marketing.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers, associates, and executives.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and possesses a growth mindset.
• Tech-forward thinker with a customer-first approach and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to travel periodically (up to 25%).
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• 5+ years of experience in sponsorships and experiential marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in event planning within marketing.
• Experience with sports and entertainment-based sponsorships (e.g., music, dining).
