Senior Associate, Brand Sponsorships & Experiential Marketing

Join Capital One's Brand team as a Senior Associate, Brand Sponsorships & Experiential Marketing. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing our experiential marketing strategy, focusing on sponsorships to deliver impactful consumer experiences and B2B client hospitality.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Contribute to the strategy and objectives for sponsorship property activation.
• Support the planning and implementation of onsite experiences and VIP hospitality programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sponsorship activations.
• Manage day-to-day deliverables, deadlines, and communications with sponsorship properties, agencies, and internal teams.
• Assist with onsite activations and VIP hospitality programs, including vendor/agency management and coordination.
• Aid in the creation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on metrics through presentations and stakeholder meetings.
• Communicate key action items and status updates to internal and external partners.
• Coordinate information sharing among internal and external stakeholders for event activations.
• *Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sponsorships and experiential marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing.
• Proven experience executing events and sponsorships, with a preference for sports and entertainment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly motivated, growth-oriented, tech-forward, adaptable, and a quick thinker.
• Customer-first mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to think strategically and drive ideas with evidence and data.
• Periodic travel (up to 25%) is required.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• 5+ years of experience in sponsorships and experiential marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in event planning within marketing.
