Summary
Capital One seeks a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide executive support, manage schedules, travel, and events for 4-6 leaders.
Capital One is seeking an exceptionally bright and self-motivated Senior Administrative Assistant (Administrative Support Assistant III) to support 4-6 executives within US Card Partnerships, Marketing. This fast-paced role requires a flexible, adaptable, and resourceful individual who can strategically manage complex administrative tasks, freeing up executive time to focus on business goals. You will be a pivotal extension of your executive leaders, ensuring a well-run and efficient team.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage complex daily calendars for multiple executives, demonstrating flexibility for last-minute changes.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reports.
- Arrange and reserve meeting logistics including conference rooms, catering, and A/V services.
- Drive key team activities and events, such as all-hands meetings, social events, and ordering supplies.
- Prepare professional business communications (memos, letters, emails) with impeccable grammar.
- Build strong relationships with executives and administrative staff across the organization.
- Perform general administrative duties and participate in ad-hoc projects to support a team-oriented environment.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Associate's Degree.
- At least 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 3+ years of calendar management supporting multiple executives.
- At least 1+ year of meeting and event planning experience.
- Experience with video conference and Zoom/Skype technology.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills.

- *Salary Ranges (Annual Full-Time):**
- Chicago, IL: $72,100 - $82,300
- McLean, VA: $79,300 - $90,500
- Richmond, VA: $72,100 - $82,300
