Job Description
Summary
Lead physical security initiatives, managing SCIF accreditation and mentoring staff to protect highly sensitive information.
This role requires a seasoned security professional to manage and enhance physical security measures for highly sensitive information. You will be instrumental in protecting critical assets and guiding junior security personnel.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement physical security policies and procedures for sensitive information.
- Oversee Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) / Special Compartmented Information (SCI) accreditation for construction projects.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior security specialists.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one year of specialized experience in physical security, equivalent to a senior-level role.
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluating and recommending physical security policies for sensitive environments.
- Proven experience with SCIF/SCI accreditation requirements and processes.
- Ability to provide professional guidance and oversight to security teams.
- Strong understanding of security concepts, principles, and best practices.
