Search Engine Marketing Operations - Senior Associate

The Search Engine Marketing Operations Senior Associate will manage and optimize Paid SEM campaigns for U.S. Card, serving as the expert in Google/Bing and other relevant platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage end-to-end Paid SEM campaign execution, including new launches, testing, and optimization.
• Monitor Paid Search trends, generate insights, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Perform daily campaign management tasks: planning, execution, analysis, reporting, budget control, and forecasting.
• Develop and execute comprehensive campaign testing (e.g., ad copy, landing page, audience, channel expansion).
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Compliance, Brand Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams to implement SEM strategies.
• Stay updated on all Paid Search advancements and best practices.
• *Basic Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Paid Search Engine Marketing.
• 1+ year planning and implementing SEM strategies using Google and Microsoft Ad platforms.
• 1+ year analyzing and evaluating campaign performance.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition.
• Proficiency with large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets and common performance marketing metrics.
• A self-starter with strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, and the ability to prioritize workloads.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• 3+ years of Search Engine Marketing experience overseeing high-volume and multi-million dollar media budgets.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• 1+ year using Skai or SA360 platforms.

• McLean, VA: $94,600 - $107,900
• Richmond, VA: $86,000 - $98,200
