## Campaign Manager, U.S. Public Services

  • *Company:** SAP
  • *Location:** This role requires working at least 3 days a week in an SAP office in the Mid-Atlantic region (D.C. or Reston, VA preferred). No relocation offered.
  • *About the Role:**
SAP is seeking a Campaign Manager for U.S. Public Services to develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing strategies. This role focuses on driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and cross-functional collaboration within the public sector.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement integrated, industry-specific marketing and campaign strategies aligned with performance targets for the U.S. Public Services market.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across various channels, ensuring detailed coordination and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and Line-of-Business teams to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Optimize marketing budgets to maximize pipeline generation and return on investment (ROI).
  • Create compelling content that effectively positions SAP's unique value in the market.
  • Monitor and analyze lead creation and conversion, contributing to pipeline impact measurement and key performance indicator (KPI) accountability.
  • Work with Global Marketing to drive local program executions and represent marketing priorities to internal stakeholders.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • 8+ years of professional experience in marketing and demand generation.
  • 5+ years of specific public sector marketing experience.
  • Industry experience in enterprise software and/or SaaS.
  • Proven experience in field marketing, channel marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), or demand generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline attribution and marketing performance measurement.
  • Excellent project management abilities, including managing multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Experience with global marketing campaign localization and adaptation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Marketing and program management certifications.
