## SailPoint Senior Analyst / Tier 2 Specialist

• *Location:** Washington, DC (Remote with up to 10% travel)
• *Salary:** $113,000 - $188,000/year (W2)
• *Employment Type:** Full-Time (Contract)
• *Clearance Requirements:**

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Active or prior federal security clearance (especially Top Secret) preferred.

• *About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint professional to provide expert-level analysis, support, and implementation for our identity governance solutions. This role is critical for managing and maintaining secure access across our systems.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Implement, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions.
• Provide Tier 2 support for SailPoint-related incidents and user requests.
• Develop and optimize identity governance processes and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex access management and identity issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams on security and compliance initiatives.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Proven experience as a SailPoint Senior Analyst or Tier 2 Specialist.
• Strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in federal security environments is a plus.
