## SailPoint Senior Analyst / Tier 2 Specialist

• *Location:** Washington, DC (Remote with up to 10% travel)
• *Position Status:** Full-Time (Contract)
• *Salary:** $113,000 - $188,000/year (W2), based on experience, certifications, and clearance.

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Senior Analyst to provide expert-level identity and access management support.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Tier 2 specialist for SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow platforms.
• Develop and implement custom workflows, rules, and connectors within SailPoint.
• Manage identity cubes, application onboarding, roles, and policies.
• Provide technical support and resolve complex SailPoint-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with IAM policies and security best practices.
• Assist with SailPoint system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Document SailPoint processes, configurations, and incident resolutions.

### Requirements:

• **Clearance:** Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Active or prior federal security clearance (Top Secret preferred).
• **Experience:** Proven senior-level experience in SailPoint administration and support.
• **Technical Skills:** In-depth knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow architecture, configuration, and modules.
• **IAM Expertise:** Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts, including provisioning, deprovisioning, certifications, and role-based access control.
• **Troubleshooting:** Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills for complex IAM issues.
• **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills.
