Job Description

Summary

Lead SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations for a federal program, requiring Public Trust clearance.

Join our team as a SailPoint IdentityIQ Implementation Lead to drive the delivery, support, and enhancement of critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for a high-impact federal program. You will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and deploying SailPoint IIQ to meet complex enterprise security needs.

*Key Responsibilities:**
Lead the full lifecycle implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including design, configuration, development, and deployment.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
Develop custom connectors, workflows, and integrations to extend SailPoint IIQ capabilities.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and support for SailPoint IIQ environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure solutions comply with federal security policies and regulations.

*Required Qualifications:**
Proven experience leading SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations and enhancements.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, governance, and security principles.
Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, SQL, and web services (SOAP/REST).
Experience with application server administration (e.g., Tomcat, WebLogic) and database systems.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (TS eligibility preferred).

**Location:** Washington, DC (Hybrid)
**Status:** Full-Time, Direct Hire
**Pay Rate:** $130,000 - $216,000/year (based on experience and clearance level)
