## Registered Nurse (Various Levels)
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse. We are seeking compassionate and skilled nursing professionals to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care within a dynamic environment. Opportunities are available across multiple experience levels, from entry-level to advanced practice.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and holistic patient care, integrating biopsychosocial concepts.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Apply evidence-based practices in clinical decision-making and patient management.
- Demonstrate leadership in managing complex patient situations and improving care strategies (for higher-level positions).
- Prioritize patient needs and adapt to stressful situations efficiently.
- **Licensure:** Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
- **Education:** Graduate of a professional nursing school accredited by The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
- **Language:** Proficiency in basic written and spoken English.
- **Entry-Level (Nurse I, Level I):** Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing; no prior professional nursing experience required.
- **Mid-Level (Nurse I, Levels II & III, Nurse II):** Requires progressively increasing professional nursing experience (e.g., 1-2+ years) with an ADN, BSN, or Master's degree (MSN) in Nursing or a related field.
- **Advanced-Level (Nurse III):** Requires significant specialized nursing experience (2+ years) with an MSN or Doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field, demonstrating advanced leadership and complex care management capabilities.
- Strong Mental Health experience (e.g., PCMHI/BHIP).
- Telehealth experience.
- RN Supervisory experience.
- Ability to work effectively in stressful situations and shift priorities based on patient needs.
- Requires visual acuity, keen hearing, clear distinctive speech, and manual dexterity.
- Capable of extended periods of walking, standing, stooping, sitting, bending, pulling, and pushing.
- Ability to perform patient and object transfers.
- Comfortable with potential exposure to infected patients, contaminated materials, and combative individuals secondary to delirium, dementia, or psychiatric disorders.
