Summary
Seeking skilled Registered Nurses across all experience levels to provide direct patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Join our healthcare team as a Registered Nurse, where you will provide direct patient care, integrate biopsychosocial concepts, and manage complex client situations. This role offers opportunities for leadership and holistic care improvement, with responsibilities varying based on grade level.
- *Essential Requirements:**
- **Licensure:** Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
- **Education:**
- **English Language Proficiency:** Proficient in basic written and spoken English.
- *Grade-Specific Qualifications (Education & Experience):**
- **Nurse I, Level I:** Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing. No additional professional nursing experience required.
- **Nurse I, Level II:** Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR ADN/Diploma + 1 year of specialized nursing experience.
- **Nurse I, Level III:** Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Master's degree in a related field with a BSN. OR BSN + 1 year of professional nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level II). OR ADN/Diploma + 2 years of professional nursing experience (including 1 year equivalent to Nurse I, Level II).
- **Nurse II:** Doctoral degree in Nursing or Doctoral degree in a related field with a BSN. OR MSN + 1 year of specialized nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level III). OR BSN + 2 years of professional nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level III).
- **Nurse III:** Doctoral degree in Nursing or Doctoral degree in a related field with a BSN + 1 year of specialized nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse II). OR MSN + 2 years of specialized nursing experience (including 1 year equivalent to Nurse II).
- *Special Programs:**
- **Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) Exception:** Candidates who meet educational requirements but lack licensure may be temporarily appointed (up to 2 years) while actively pursuing licensure.

- BSN with 2-3 years of Long Term Care experience.
