Registered Nurse - Pcu Director

• *Key Responsibilities (as PCU Director):**
• Provide leadership and direction for the PCU nursing team.
• Manage daily patient care operations, ensuring quality and safety.
• Foster a collaborative environment and promote clinical excellence.
• *Desired Qualifications & Experience:**
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in roles such as Assistant Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Manager, Supervisor, or Director.
• Extensive clinical experience, especially with high-acuity patients and in specialized areas, including:

* Bariatric care * BiPap monitoring * Cardiac Drip Management * CVA/Stroke care * DKA patients * Post cardiac intervention & Sheath pulls * COVID patient management
