Seeking compassionate Registered Nurses at all levels to provide comprehensive patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting.

- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care, integrating biopsychosocial concepts.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrate proficiency in clinical practice and critical thinking.
- Lead and mentor junior staff (for higher-grade positions).
- Manage complex patient situations with deliberate planning and problem-solving.
- *Essential Requirements:**
- **Education:** Graduate of a professional nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE. Accepted degrees include ADN, Diploma, BSN, MSN, or Doctoral Degree in Nursing. Pathways available for foreign-educated nurses and Graduate Nurse Technicians (GNTs) actively pursuing licensure.
- **Licensure:** Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth (e.g., Puerto Rico), or the District of Columbia.
- **Language:** Proficient in basic written and spoken English.
- **Experience:** Experience requirements vary by grade level (Nurse I, II, III), ranging from no additional professional nursing experience for entry-level ADN/Diploma nurses, to several years of specialized experience for BSN, MSN, or Doctoral degree holders. - *Preferred Qualifications:**
- At least three years of Critical Care experience.
- Telemetry experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- CCRN Certification.
- *Physical Requirements:**
- Visual acuity, keen hearing, clear speech, and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, sit, bend, pull, and push for extended periods.
- May involve transferring patients and objects (mechanical lifts provided).
- Potential exposure to infected patients and contaminated materials; protective clothing required.
- Occasional exposure to combative patients.
- Completion of annual Employee Health requirements.
