Seeking a licensed Registered Nurse for patient care, requiring an accredited nursing degree and active, unrestricted RN licensure.

## Professional Registered Nurse

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to provide direct patient care. This role involves delivering holistic care, demonstrating leadership, and applying evidence-based practice to manage patient situations ranging from basic to complex.

### Basic Requirements

  • **English Language Proficiency:** Must be proficient in basic written and spoken English.
  • **Education:** Graduate of a professional nursing school accredited by ACEN or CCNE at the time of program completion.
* *Foreign Graduates:* Must possess a current, full, active, and unrestricted RN registration. Formal degree equivalency validation required for education higher than associate degree/entry level. * *Master's Level Bridge Programs:* Candidates may be temporarily appointed upon achieving a State license prior to full program completion.
  • **Licensure:** Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a professional nurse in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth (e.g., Puerto Rico), or the District of Columbia.
  • **Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) Exception:** Candidates meeting education requirements but lacking licensure may be appointed temporarily (up to 120 days, extendable) while actively pursuing licensure.
### Grade Determinations (Education & Experience Progression)
  • **Nurse I, Level I (Entry):** Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing. Delivers fundamental, knowledge-based care.
  • **Nurse I, Level II:** ADN/Diploma + 1 year specialized nursing experience; OR BSN.
  • **Nurse I, Level III:** ADN/Diploma + 2 years professional nursing experience (1 year equivalent to Nurse I, Level II); OR BSN + 1 year professional nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level II); or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field with a BSN.
  • **Nurse II:** BSN + 2 years professional nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level III); OR MSN + 1 year specialized nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level III); or Doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field with a BSN.
  • **Nurse III (Advanced):** MSN + 2 years specialized nursing experience (1 year equivalent to Nurse II); or Doctoral degree in Nursing + 1 year specialized nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse II). Demonstrates leadership and creative approaches to complex client care beyond immediate practice settings.
* *Note:* All Nurse III candidates must meet specific dimension requirements (Practice, Veteran/Patient Driven Care, Leadership, Professional Development, Evidence-Based Practice/Research) detailed in the online assessment.

### Preferred Experience

  • BSN with 3 years of Critical Care Experience.
  • Telemetry Experience.
### Physical Requirements This position demands visual acuity, keen hearing, clear distinctive speech, and manual dexterity. It involves potentially long periods of walking, standing, stooping, sitting, bending, pulling, and pushing. Transferring patients and objects may be required (mechanical lifts provided). Incumbents may be exposed to infected and combative patients, requiring the use of protective clothing in isolation, operative/invasive procedures, or home settings. Annual Employee Health requirements must be met.
