- *Responsibilities:**

- *Basic Requirements:**
- **Education:** Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program (ACEN or CCNE approved). Foreign nursing graduates must hold a current U.S. RN registration.
- **Licensure:** Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a U.S. State, Territory, or the District of Columbia.
- **Language:** Proficient in basic written and spoken English.
- **Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) Exception:** Candidates meeting educational requirements but lacking licensure may be hired temporarily as a GNT while actively pursuing RN licensure.
- *Grade Level Qualifications (Based on Education & Experience):**
- **Nurse I, Level I:** Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing.
- **Nurse I, Level II:** ADN/Diploma + 1 year specialized experience or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- **Nurse I, Level III:** ADN/Diploma + 2 years professional experience (1 year at Level 2 equivalent) OR BSN + 1 year professional experience (Level 2 equivalent) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field with a BSN.
- **Nurse II:** BSN + 2 years professional experience (Level 3 equivalent) OR MSN + 1 year specialized experience (Level 3 equivalent) or Doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field with a BSN.
- **Nurse III:** MSN + 2 years specialized experience (1 year at Nurse II equivalent) or Doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field with a BSN + 1 year specialized experience (Nurse II equivalent).
- *Preferred Experience:**
- BSN with three years of ICU, ED, or PACU experience.
- Prior Interventional Radiology (IR) experience highly desirable.
- *Physical Requirements (for IR Nurse roles):**
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-12 hours).
- Frequent lifting, positioning, and transferring of patients/equipment (up to 45 lbs, more with assistance).
- Capable of bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
- Manual dexterity for operating medical equipment and handling supplies.
- Visual and auditory acuity for patient monitoring and communication.
- Ability to wear lead aprons and protective gear for extended durations.
- Mental and emotional resilience for high-stress, emergent situations.
