Summary

Seeking Registered Nurses for direct patient care, requiring accredited education and state licensure, with opportunities across various experience levels.

Join our healthcare team as a Registered Nurse, where you will provide direct patient care across various acuity levels, utilizing your clinical skills and leadership abilities to improve patient outcomes. We are seeking dedicated nurses for multiple experience levels, from entry-level to advanced practice.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Deliver comprehensive, holistic patient care from fundamental to complex cases.
  • Integrate biopsychosocial concepts with technically competent nursing practices.
  • Demonstrate leadership by collaborating to enhance patient care and achieve positive outcomes.
  • For advanced roles (Nurse III), manage complex client care situations, extending beyond immediate practice settings.
  • *Key Requirements:**
  • **Education:** Graduate of a professional nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE. Progressive educational backgrounds (Associate Degree, Diploma, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) are considered based on grade level.
  • **Licensure:** Possess a current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license from a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
* **Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) Exception:** Candidates meeting educational requirements but awaiting licensure may be appointed temporarily while actively pursuing their RN license. * **Foreign Graduates:** Must hold a current, full, active, and unrestricted RN registration. Higher education degrees require formal equivalency validation.
  • **English Language Proficiency:** Demonstrated proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • **Experience & Grade Progression (based on education and specialized experience):**
* **Nurse I, Level I:** Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing, no additional professional nursing experience required. * **Nurse I, Level II:** ADN/Diploma + 1 year specialized nursing experience, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). * **Nurse I, Level III:** ADN/Diploma + 2 years professional nursing experience (1 year equivalent to Nurse I, Level II), or a BSN + 1 year professional nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level II), or a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field with a BSN. * **Nurse II:** BSN + 2 years professional nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level III), or an MSN + 1 year specialized nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level III), or a Doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field with a BSN. * **Nurse III:** MSN + 2 years specialized nursing experience (1 year equivalent to Nurse II), or a Doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field with a BSN + 1 year specialized nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse II).
  • **Physical Demands:** Requires visual acuity, keen hearing, clear speech, and manual dexterity. Involves potentially long periods of walking, standing, stooping, sitting, bending, pulling, and pushing. Ability to transfer patients and objects may be required (mechanical lifts provided). Incumbents may be exposed to infected or combative patients, requiring protective clothing. Completion of annual Employee Health requirements is mandatory. Driving for off-site care may be necessary.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with 3 years of acute, critical, or long-term care experience.
  • Telemetry experience.
