- *About the Role:**
- *Core Requirements:**
- **English Language Proficiency:** Required for all direct patient care positions.
- **Education:** Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program (ADN, Diploma, BSN, MSN, DNP). Foreign degrees require equivalency validation.
- **Licensure:** Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a professional nurse in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
- **Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) Exception:** Candidates meeting education requirements but lacking licensure may be appointed temporarily as a GNT while actively pursuing licensure.
- *Progressive Experience & Education Levels:**
- **Nurse I, Level I (Entry-Level Care):** Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing.
- **Nurse I, Level II (Integrated Care):** ADN/Diploma + 1 year specialized experience; or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- **Nurse I, Level III (Proficient Practice):** ADN/Diploma + 2 years professional experience (1 yr equivalent to Level II); OR BSN + 1 year professional experience (equivalent to Level II); or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field with a BSN.
- **Nurse II (Leadership in Holistic Care):** BSN + 2 years professional experience (equivalent to Level III); OR MSN + 1 year specialized experience (equivalent to Level III); or Doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field with a BSN.
- **Nurse III (Complex Client Care Management):** MSN + 2 years specialized experience (1 yr equivalent to Nurse II); or Doctoral degree in Nursing + 1 year specialized experience (equivalent to Nurse II), with all dimensions for Nurse III met.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- BSN with three or more years of experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, hospice, and/or palliative care.
- Rehabilitation Certification.
- Demonstrated progressive leadership experience.
