## About the Role Join our dynamic nursing team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across various levels of clinical practice. We seek dedicated Registered Nurses who will provide direct patient care, demonstrate clinical expertise, foster leadership, and commit to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.

## Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, holistic patient care, integrating biopsychosocial concepts and technical competencies.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, demonstrating clinical proficiency.
  • Manage complex patient situations through conscious and deliberate planning.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and improve care delivery.
  • Lead and participate in initiatives focused on enhancing patient care, professional development, and evidence-based practices.
## Essential Requirements
  • **English Language Proficiency:** Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • **Education:** Graduate of a professional nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE (Associate Degree/Diploma, BSN, MSN, or Doctoral degrees are accepted). Foreign nursing graduates require formal degree equivalency validation.
  • **Licensure:** Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
  • **Experience & Grade Level:**
* **Nurse I (Level I-III):** Associate Degree/Diploma with 0-2 years of experience; or BSN with 0-1 years; or MSN with no experience. Focus on fundamental to proficient care delivery. * **Nurse II:** BSN with 2+ years of experience; or MSN/Doctoral with 1+ year. Demonstrates leadership in improving care. * **Nurse III:** MSN with 2+ years of specialized experience; or Doctoral with 1+ year. Excels in leadership and complex care management beyond the immediate practice setting. *(Specific grade and level determined by education, experience, and an online assessment of professional dimensions.)*

## Special Note for Graduate Nurse Technicians (GNT) Candidates who meet educational requirements but are actively pursuing licensure may be appointed temporarily as a GNT for up to two years while obtaining their RN license.

## Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Nursing or Critical Care.
  • Emergency Nursing certification.
## Physical Demands This position requires visual acuity, keen hearing, clear speech, and manual dexterity. It involves potentially long periods of walking, standing, stooping, sitting, bending, pulling, and pushing. The ability to transfer patients and objects is required (mechanical lifts provided). Incumbents may be exposed to infected patients and contaminated materials, necessitating protective clothing in isolation or operative settings. Occasional exposure to combative patients may occur. Annual Employee Health requirements must be met.
