We seek dedicated Registered Nurses who will provide direct patient care, demonstrate clinical expertise, foster leadership, and commit to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
## Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, holistic patient care, integrating biopsychosocial concepts and technical competencies.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, demonstrating clinical proficiency.
- Manage complex patient situations through conscious and deliberate planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and improve care delivery.
- Lead and participate in initiatives focused on enhancing patient care, professional development, and evidence-based practices.
- **English Language Proficiency:** Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English.
- **Education:** Graduate of a professional nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE (Associate Degree/Diploma, BSN, MSN, or Doctoral degrees are accepted). Foreign nursing graduates require formal degree equivalency validation.
- **Licensure:** Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.

## Special Note for Graduate Nurse Technicians (GNT) Candidates who meet educational requirements but are actively pursuing licensure may be appointed temporarily as a GNT for up to two years while obtaining their RN license.
## Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Nursing or Critical Care.
- Emergency Nursing certification.
