Registered Nurse- Clinical Resource Hub Mental Health

• *Key Responsibilities May Include:**
• Providing fundamental to complex patient care.
• Integrating biopsychosocial concepts and technical skills.
• Planning and managing complex client situations.
• Leading and improving holistic care strategies.
• Demonstrating leadership beyond immediate practice settings.
• *Basic Requirements:**
• **English Language Proficiency:** Proficient in basic written and spoken English.
• **Licensure:** Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
• **Education:** Graduate of a professional nursing school accredited by ACEN or CCNE.

* Foreign nursing graduates require formal degree equivalency validation. * Candidates in a Master's level bridge program may be eligible for temporary appointment upon state licensure.

• **Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) Exception:** Unlicensed candidates who meet educational requirements may be appointed temporarily (up to 2 years) while actively pursuing licensure.
• *Education & Experience Requirements by Grade Level:**
• **Nurse I, Level I:** Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing.
• **Nurse I, Level II:** ADN/Diploma + 1 year specialized nursing experience or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• **Nurse I, Level III:** ADN/Diploma + 2 years professional nursing experience (1 year equiv. to Level 2) OR BSN + 1 year professional nursing experience (equiv. to Level 2) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Master's degree in a related field with a BSN.
• **Nurse II:** BSN + 2 years professional nursing experience (equiv. to Level 3) OR MSN + 1 year specialized nursing experience (equiv. to Level 3) or Master's degree in a related field with a BSN + 1 year specialized nursing experience (equiv. to Level 3) or Doctoral degree in Nursing or Doctoral degree in a related field with a BSN.
• **Nurse III:** MSN + 2 years specialized nursing experience (1 year equiv. to Nurse II) or Master's degree in a related field with a BSN + 2 years specialized nursing experience (1 year equiv. to Nurse II) or Doctoral degree in Nursing + 1 year specialized nursing experience (equiv. to Nurse II) or Doctoral degree in a related field with a BSN + 1 year specialized nursing experience (equiv. to Nurse II).
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Mental Health Nursing experience.
• Geriatric Nursing experience.
• *Physical Requirements:**
• May require participation in a pre-employment examination or evaluation.
