## Registered Nurse (All Levels)

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to provide comprehensive patient care across various experience levels. This role offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic healthcare environment.

### Key Responsibilities (Varies by Grade Level):

  • Deliver fundamental to complex, knowledge-based patient care.
  • Integrate biopsychosocial concepts and technical competencies.
  • Plan and manage complex client situations.
  • Lead collaborative strategies to improve holistic care.
  • Apply creative approaches to complex patient care management.
### Essential Qualifications:
  • **Education:** Graduate of a professional nursing school accredited by The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). (Exceptions for Master's bridge programs or foreign schools with formal equivalency validation may apply).
  • **Licensure:** Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth (e.g., Puerto Rico), or the District of Columbia.
  • **Language:** Proficient in basic written and spoken English.
  • **GNT Exception:** Candidates meeting educational requirements but lacking licensure may be appointed temporarily as a Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) while actively pursuing licensure.
### Grade-Specific Education & Experience:

  • **Nurse I, Level I:** Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing. No additional professional nursing experience required.
  • **Nurse I, Level II:**
* ADN/Diploma + 1 year specialized nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level I), or * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • **Nurse I, Level III:**
* ADN/Diploma + 2 years professional nursing experience (1 year equivalent to Nurse I, Level II), or * BSN + 1 year professional nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level II), or * Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), or * Master's degree in a related field with a BSN.
  • **Nurse II:**
* BSN + 2 years professional nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level III), or * MSN + 1 year specialized nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level III), or * Master's degree in a related field with BSN + 1 year specialized nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level III), or * Doctoral degree in Nursing, or * Doctoral degree in a related field with a BSN.
  • **Nurse III:**
* MSN + 2 years specialized nursing experience (1 year equivalent to Nurse II), or * Master's degree in a related field with BSN + 2 years specialized nursing experience (1 year equivalent to Nurse II), or * Doctoral degree in Nursing + 1 year specialized nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse II), or * Doctoral degree in a related field with BSN + 1 year specialized nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse II). * *Note: All Nurse III candidates must also meet specific dimension requirements detailed in the online assessment.*

### Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSN.
  • 2 years direct patient care experience in a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT).
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience managing EQM and multiple PACT assignments.
### Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and carrying (45 lbs+).
  • Capable of straight pulling, pushing, and reaching above shoulders.
  • Requires use of both hands and fingers.
  • Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours; repeated bending.
  • Possess rapid mental and muscular coordination.
  • Hearing aid permitted.
  • *Important Note:** Foreign education programs/degrees are not creditable as "related degrees" for these qualification levels.
