Registered Nurse Cardiac Care Supervisor needed in Silver Spring, MD, to lead teams and manage specialized cardiac patient care.
## Registered Nurse - Cardiac Care Supervisor
- *Location:** Silver Spring, MD
- *Key Responsibilities (Inferred):**
- Supervise and manage patient care within cardiac units.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to high standards of cardiac care and treatment protocols.
- *Required Experience:**
Candidates with strong experience in any of the following areas are highly encouraged to apply:
- **Cardiac Specialties:** Arrhythmia management, post-cardiac surgery care, chest tube management, external pacemaker operation, transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE).
- **Leadership/Management:** Assistant Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Manager, Supervisor, Director, Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), or Vice President (VP) roles.
- **Rehabilitation:** Experience in cardiac rehabilitation settings.
