- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver fundamental to complex, knowledge-based patient care.
- Integrate biopsychosocial concepts and technical skills in practice.
- Plan and manage complex client situations.
- Demonstrate leadership in improving holistic care through collaborative strategies.
- Execute responsibilities with creative approaches to complex client care management.
- *Basic Requirements:**
- **English Language Proficiency:** Required for direct patient care positions.
- **Education:** Graduate of a professional nursing school accredited by ACEN or CCNE, or equivalent foreign nursing education with recognized validation.
- **Licensure:** Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
- *Grade Determination (Based on Education and Experience):**
- **Nurse I, Level I:** ADN or Diploma in Nursing, no additional experience.
- **Nurse I, Level II:** ADN/Diploma with 1 year specialized experience OR BSN.
- **Nurse I, Level III:** ADN/Diploma with 2 years professional experience (1 year equivalent to Level II) OR BSN with 1 year professional experience (equivalent to Level II) OR MSN/Master's in a related field with BSN.
- **Nurse II:** BSN with 2 years professional experience (equivalent to Level III) OR MSN/Master's in a related field with BSN and 1 year specialized experience (equivalent to Level III) or Doctoral degree in Nursing/related field with BSN.
- **Nurse III:** MSN/Master's in a related field with BSN and 2 years specialized experience (1 year equivalent to Nurse II) or Doctoral degree in Nursing/related field with BSN and 1 year specialized experience (equivalent to Nurse II).
- *Preferred Experience:**
- Minimum 5 years in Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years in Clinical Contact Center Triage.
- Minimum 1 year performing effectively on a Multi/Interdisciplinary healthcare team with adult populations.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reports, documents, and presentations.
- *Physical Requirements:**
- Light lifting/carrying (under 15 lbs).
- Reaching above shoulder, use of fingers, both hands required.
- Walking and standing (6 hours).
- Far vision correctable to 20/20 in one eye, 20/40 in the other; depth perception; ability to distinguish colors.
- Hearing (aid permitted); mental/emotional stability; cognitive ability.
