• Apply expert knowledge of military, federal, and commercial fuel specifications and test methods.
• Advise, negotiate, and justify requirements with internal and external business units.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to regional leadership and quality managers.
• Lead the development of policies, training programs, and automation systems for energy fuel products.
• Conduct expert analysis and technical oversight of quality assurance programs.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, or comparable experience in the private sector, military, or federal service.
• Demonstrated expertise in fuel specifications, test methods, policy development, and quality assurance program oversight.
