Quality Assurance Specialist (Chemicals)

This senior-level position seeks an expert in fuel quality assurance to provide critical technical guidance and program oversight. You will play a key role in managing complex fuel specifications and operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Serve as a subject matter expert on military, federal, and commercial fuel specifications and test methods, including negotiating and justifying requirements.
• Provide high-level staff guidance and technical direction to regional quality managers and commanders.
• Develop and implement policies, training programs, and automation systems for energy fuel products.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis and provide technical oversight for quality assurance programs.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• At least one year of specialized experience directly related to fuel quality assurance, equivalent to a GS-12 federal level or similar senior role in the military/private sector.
• Expert knowledge of diverse fuel specifications (military, federal, commercial) and testing methods.
• Proven ability to provide staff guidance and technical leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in developing policies, training, and automation solutions for fuel products.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in overseeing quality assurance programs.
• All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be credited.
