• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Conduct rigorous quality assurance reviews of Paid Search campaigns on platforms like Google and Microsoft to ensure precise execution after changes.
• Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including filing systems, naming conventions, and reference materials, ensuring audit readiness.
• Serve as the team's process subject matter expert, developing playbooks for best practices and identifying areas for process improvement.
• Review project documents for technical accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Collaborate with digital marketers to understand workload and project timelines.
• Leverage a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, conversions, and online customer acquisition.
• Work effectively with large datasets in Excel and Google Sheets.
• *Basic Qualifications:**
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 2+ years of experience in Paid Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
• 1+ year of experience planning and implementing SEM strategies across Google and Microsoft Ad platforms.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• 1+ year of experience in project or process management.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Paid Search Engine Marketing.
• Experience with other performance marketing channels (e.g., Display, Social, Online Video).
• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• 1+ year of experience with Skai or SA360 platforms.
