• Develop and write a variety of public affairs materials, including news releases, plans, feature stories, fact sheets, and speeches.
• Translate highly technical and complex information into clear, persuasive content, adhering strictly to Associated Press Style.
• Edit and refine publications for accuracy, clarity, and impact across multiple communication platforms.
• Strategize, create, and execute engaging content campaigns for social media platforms.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in public affairs, communications, or a directly related field.
• Proven ability to develop professional written materials (e.g., news releases, speeches) that convey complex information persuasively, following AP Style.
• Demonstrated experience in editing publications for various communication platforms.
• Strong skills in strategizing content for and effectively using social media for public outreach.
