Job Description

Summary

Direct strategic Public Affairs programs, coordinate DoD communication, and develop solutions for national defense initiatives.

We are seeking a seasoned Public Affairs professional to lead strategic communication planning and program management within the Federal service.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and coordinate strategic communication plans for Public Affairs programs, aligning capabilities, messaging, and actions with organizational and DoD objectives in support of the National Defense Strategy.
  • Plan and evaluate comprehensive Public Affairs and multimedia activities.
  • Organize and manage studies or projects, effectively negotiating recommendations for implementation with management.
  • Design and conduct in-depth studies to prepare solutions for complex operational and contingency areas.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in Federal service, demonstrating proficiency in the responsibilities outlined above.
