Summary
Lead psychological programs as a GS-14 Psychology Program Manager, requiring a licensed doctorate-level psychologist with extensive experience.
Join our team as a Psychology Program Manager (GS-14) and lead impactful psychological services. This role requires a highly experienced and licensed psychologist to manage programs, guide staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health care.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks to manage program operations effectively.
- Lead and direct staff, fostering the utilization of evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable work plans and monitor performance standards.
- Analyze operational challenges, developing and implementing solutions to enhance program efficiency.
- Engage effectively with diverse individuals and groups, representing varied backgrounds and interests.
- *Requirements:**
- **U.S. Citizenship.**
- **Education:** Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Psychological Clinical Science from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program. (School Psychology degrees are not eligible.)
- **Internship:** Successfully completed an APA or CPA accredited professional psychology internship, or an approved equivalent.
- **Licensure:** Hold a full, current, and unrestricted license to practice psychology at the doctoral level in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
- **Experience:** At least three years as a professional psychologist, with a minimum of one year equivalent to the GS-13 grade level.
- **Language:** Proficient in spoken and written English.
