The Growth team is seeking a creative and detail\-oriented Proposal Graphics Designer to develop compelling visual content for proposals, white papers, and presentations.

This graphic designer will manage and produce graphics for proposals (written and oral format) adhering to design and brand standards.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Design all viasual components and graphics including infographics, process flows, org charts, and cover designs that reinforce win themes.

• Work with solutions subject matter experts, writers and managers to translate complex content into clear visuals.
• Ensure visual consistency, branding, and compliance with solicitation requirements.
• Format templates, update style guides, and prepare publis\-ready graphics
• Maintain graphics repositories and libraries
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft 365\.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Education, Background, and Years of Experience* 8\+ years of experience with Adobe Suite and MS 365\.

• B.A. required in graphic design or similar field.
• GovCon proposal experience strongly preferred

ADDITIONAL SKILLS \& QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills* Interpersonal skills to work across the Growth organization and with solutions experts, writers, and leadership.

• Receptive to feedback to enhance design concepts.
• Effective skills communicating and collaborating in dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of graphics standards and processes.
• Expert in Adobe Suite and MS 365\.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

• *Environmental Conditions*** This position is open for remote work, and our HQ in Reston offers a great working environment with coffee, tea, drinks and snacks, for anyone in the local area open to a hybrid position. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time.

Strength Demands* Sedentary – 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
