  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and manage project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Administer and oversee project contracts and contractors.
  • Apply negotiation skills to resolve issues and maintain project schedules.
  • *Required Experience:**
  • Minimum one year of specialized project management experience, equivalent to the GS-11 level in federal service.
  • This experience must include managing large or complex museum projects, specifically involving goal setting, budgeting, contract administration, contractor oversight, and problem-solving.
  • All qualifying experience (paid, unpaid, volunteer work) will be considered.
  • *For current or recent federal employees:* Must meet "Time-in-Grade" requirements (52 weeks at the next lower grade) if applicable.
