Job Description
Summary
Oversee comprehensive child and youth programs, handling administration, budgeting, staff training, and stakeholder communication.
We are seeking a dedicated professional to administer and manage comprehensive child and youth programs. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Manage regulatory, personnel, funding, and budgeting components for program operations.
- Apply expertise in management analysis, personnel development, and CYS program funding oversight (APF/NAF).
- Possess a minimum of four years of program administration experience, specifically within child and youth programs.
- Conduct effective adult training and foster strong collaboration with command staff, professional teams, and parents.
- Demonstrate advanced ability to plan, organize work, analyze complex problems, gather pertinent data, and develop effective solutions.
- Exhibit comprehensive oral, written, and analytical communication skills, including presenting ideas and proposals to diverse audiences.
- Proficiently use standard office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.
Highly Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated systems such as CYMS and CYERT or similar program management software.
