Program Manager (Director Facilities & Logistics)

We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Program Manager to lead and oversee real estate and supply services for a geographically dispersed organization.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage comprehensive real estate program planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Oversee supply services and resource allocation across multiple locations.
• Provide expert recommendations and strategic direction for real estate projects and objectives.
• Ensure all program activities comply with established policies and regulations.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience managing real estate program planning, budgeting, and execution for a geographically dispersed organization. This experience must be equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the federal service or comparable in complexity.
• Demonstrated ability to provide recommendations and strategic direction for real estate projects.
• Proven competencies in:

* Leadership * Planning and Evaluating * Communication * Contracting/Procurement

• *Eligibility:**
• For federal applicants, 52 weeks of service at a GS-14 or higher grade level is required for entry at the GS-15 level.
