Summary
Lead aircraft acquisition program management, overseeing risk, cost, and schedule within DoD/Navy frameworks.
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) in supporting aircraft system and subsystem acquisition. This role requires expertise in DoD and Navy acquisition processes, focusing on managing risk, performance, schedule, and cost.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) providing program and risk management for aircraft systems/subsystems.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate acquisition, technical development, and financial control, managing program risk, performance, schedule, and cost.
- Apply technical and business systems for weapons system acquisition, including DoD life cycle management and PPBE processes.
- Synthesize requirements from engineering, logistics, budget, and configuration management into integrated acquisition strategies.
- Act as a liaison to Joint Forces, ensuring program needs are addressed and goals met.
- *Required Experience:**
- Minimum 1 year of specialized experience at the NH-04 Federal grade level or equivalent in the public or private sector. This experience must demonstrate the ability to perform the above key responsibilities.
- Experience includes paid and unpaid work, such as volunteer service.*
