Program Manager

Join our team to lead and manage critical federal programs, overseeing large-scale infrastructure, budget formulation, and enterprise system initiatives. This role requires strategic decision-making and expertise in government operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide leadership and administrative oversight for large federal programs/enterprises.
• Manage and make decisions on infrastructure and related activities.
• Develop and formulate federal budget requests and justifications.
• Oversee enterprise software system development and execution.
• Implement program/project management policies and procedures.
• Establish and oversee federal contracts, monitoring enterprise status.
• Analyze and adapt financial/business management principles for operational improvements.
• Conduct studies and recommend changes impacting government-wide policies.
• Present budget recommendations and negotiate solutions with senior national stakeholders.
• Resolve complex, cross-agency administrative and operational problems.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience (e.g., Federal NQ/NN/EN-03 or GS-13 equivalent).
• Proven expertise in leading large federal programs/enterprises.
• Extensive knowledge of federal budget processes and justification.
• Experience with enterprise software system development and execution.
• Strong background in program/project management policy implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and oversee federal contracts.
• Proficiency in analyzing and applying administrative, financial, and business policies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
