Program Manager

Seeking an experienced professional with at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level, in either federal or private/public sectors. The role requires demonstrated expertise in:

• Utilizing technical and business systems for weapon systems acquisition management.
• Reviewing, analyzing, and implementing higher-level procurement policies.
• Managing project/program requirements, objectives, and metrics, including resolving conflicts related to schedules, funding, and resources.
• Identifying and incorporating process improvements and best practices based on customer feedback, audits, and lessons learned.
• Advising management and colleagues on complex issues, conducting special studies, proposing alternatives, and representing the organization.

Both paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
