Manage and execute critical security, emergency management, and continuity programs for the U.S. Senate. This role focuses on ensuring operational resilience and preparedness, often under demanding conditions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead the design, planning, and execution of continuity tests, training, and exercises.
• Develop comprehensive materials, action plans, and recommendations for all exercises.
• Identify and resolve complex issues, developing solutions and advocating for corrective actions.
• Prepare and present detailed briefings and analytical reports to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal and external entities to ensure inclusive exercise design.
• Provide emergency recall support and be available for deployment up to 30 days.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• **Experience:** 5-8 years in Security, Emergency Management, and/or Continuity.
• **Skills:**

* Strong project management expertise (budgeting, scheduling, risk management, requirements analysis). * Proven ability to develop, implement, and complete projects on time and within budget. * Exceptional analytical, research, and report-writing skills. * Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. * Adherence to SAA values: Adaptability, Integrity, Customer Satisfaction, Teamwork.

• *Work Environment & Specifics:**
• This is an essential services, on-site position supporting the U.S. Senate.
• Requires availability during government shutdowns, inclement weather, holidays, and extended hours (nights, weekends).
• May include a skills assessment as part of the hiring process.
• *Security Clearance:**
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Government security clearance is required.
