Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage complex program initiatives, from strategic planning to resource allocation. This role is critical for ensuring the successful execution and oversight of key acquisition efforts.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Analyze and synthesize requirements to develop comprehensive program initiatives.
• Lead the development of acquisition strategies, integrating all functional activities.
• Direct the creation of detailed program plans, ensuring requirements are met and fiscal adequacy.
• Identify, justify, and integrate resource requirements (funding, manpower, facilities) into multi-year acquisition and support plans.
• Evaluate the impact of changing resource levels (e.g., budget adjustments) on program objectives and strategies.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12/13 (or NH-03) grade level in Federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must include:

* Developing program requirements from needs analysis. * Participating in acquisition strategy development. * Directing comprehensive program plan development. * Identifying and defending program resource requirements. * Evaluating the impact of resource changes on programs.
