Summary
Manage federal acquisition programs, leading strategic planning, resource allocation, and program execution for critical initiatives.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage complex program initiatives, from strategic planning to resource allocation. This role is critical for ensuring the successful execution and oversight of key acquisition efforts.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze and synthesize requirements to develop comprehensive program initiatives.
- Lead the development of acquisition strategies, integrating all functional activities.
- Direct the creation of detailed program plans, ensuring requirements are met and fiscal adequacy.
- Identify, justify, and integrate resource requirements (funding, manpower, facilities) into multi-year acquisition and support plans.
- Evaluate the impact of changing resource levels (e.g., budget adjustments) on program objectives and strategies.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12/13 (or NH-03) grade level in Federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must include:
